Replacement Training Certificates

If you have lost or misplaced your Fire Industry Association training certificate, you can now request a replacement directly through your FIA online account.

This quick and secure process ensures your records remain up to date and that your new certificate replaces any previous copies.

How to Request a Replacement

The fastest way to request a replacement certificate is through your FIA account:

  • Log in to your FIA account

  • Navigate to the course you completed

  • Click Request a Replacement Certificate

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order

We can only issue certificates using the original information provided at the time of training. Your replacement certificate will automatically supersede any previous copies.

If you experience any issues accessing your account, contact us with the following details:

  • Full name (as it appeared on your certificate)

  • Company name at the time of training

  • Course title

  • Course date or approximate date

Missing details may delay processing your request.

 

Fees and Formats

You can choose between printed or digital replacement certificates, depending on availability and the type of course you completed:

  • Printed certificate: £40+VAT

  • Digital copy: £6

Please note, not all certificates are available in a digital format.
