It was with great sadness that the FIA learned of the passing of Bob Nixon on Wednesday 22nd October.

Bob was a much liked and respected member of the fire protection community with a wicked sense of humour. Many will remember him mostly during his time working as a Consultant for 3M, but in addition Bob had his own business for many years, mainly serving the Middle East where he was regarded as a true expert in the region.

We know that Bob's friends in the industry would wish us to communicate our condolences to his family, at this difficult time.
